Biography

Olivia Stoetzer is the Research Area Specialist on the Center for EmPowering Communities team. In this role, Olivia facilitates collaboration between planning and zoning experts in the region. She collaborates on research projects to craft new resources for communities and stakeholders. 

Olivia joined Graham in 2024 following her Thomas J. Watson Fellowship, where she studied urban climate resilience initiatives by government and community stakeholders abroad. She has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Environmental Studies from Swarthmore College.
