Biography
Anne is currently the Carol A. Fierke Collegiate Professor of Chemistry, Macromolecular Science and Engineering, and Program in the Environment at the University of Michigan. She is also an Arthur F. Thurnau Professor. The McNeil group‘s research focuses on addressing some of the world’s most significant challenges through the chemical recycling of waste plastics, measuring microplastics in the environment, synthesizing adsorbents to remove PFAS, and designing redox-active molecules for energy storage applications.
